This small shop smack dab in the middle of everything might be owned by Vince and Karen Meaney, but they are anything but mean.
Meaney’s is located in Siesta Key Village, in the former Village Coin Laundry building at the corner of Canal and Ocean. This shop is the diner’s second location – their first store is located at the Red Barn Flea Market.
All donuts are made onsite in a mini-donut frying machine. (That’s a thing.) A Meaney’s donut is made-to-order, with many delicious and decadent options.
We recommend the classic sugar and cinnamon variety, but if you have an extra hankering for sweetness, go for the chocolate sprinkle.
Whatever you choose, you can’t go wrong.
During peak season, Meaney’s will have a line wrapped halfway around the sidewalk. Trust us: they’re worth the wait.
If you’re looking for a less crowded spot to eat them, head right across the street to the gazebo to consume your delightful delicacies.
Meaney’s Mini Donuts is located at 205 Canal Road in Siesta Key FL. They are so busy, they don’t even have a phone number or website.
(And they don’t need one. Just go check it out!)
